Commissioned to build a custom Wall Bed, we set out to determine our client’s tastes and needs for their new furnishing. Also known as Murphy Beds or Pull-Down-Beds, the Wall Bed stands out as a functional piece of furnishing with endless means of design. Meeting the needs and wishes of our client, this design featured a horizontally mounted queen Wall Bed, raised panels, custom milled trim components, and a mantle-top for a truly refined look. Topped off with a custom blended stain and a lacquer finish, this Wall Bed will serve our clients and their house guests for years to come.

A delivery and installation by Jim & Jameson round off this fine project.

Versatile End Table

Our client needed a Bedside Table for a bedroom, but did not want to be limited to using it solely as a Bedside Table. Knowing that she might someday wish to use it as a Sofa End Table, she asked that we create her table without a full-back so that she would not be limited to placing the table against a wall.

This piece is crafted from Quarter-Sawn White Oak and incorporates mortise & tenon joinery. With display space above, ample space below, and a drawer featuring half-blind dovetails, she now has a lovely and flexible addition to her home furnishings.

Custom Doghouse with Kentucky Style Fence

This project called for an enclosed dog run and a sizeable custom doghouse for two adorable Labrador Retrievers. The dogs’ kennel and yard are enclosed with the attractive Kentucky Board Fence and includes two matching gates at opposite ends. The custom doghouse is insulated and incorporates a shaded porch large enough for both dogs.
